Pharma Group is hiring a Brand Manager/Trade Marketer for a new cosmetics brand to develop brand portfolio, brand image, turnover and profitability in the local market. Successful candidate must have marketing & sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Implement the international brands strategies, determine and implement necessary local adjustments in close liaison with the international brand teams
•Enhance brands' attraction, image, and awareness
•Increase brands' market share and sales growth through the Implementation of new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
•Manage brands P&L: define, optimize and monitor budget objectives (profitability, stocks, inventory,)
•Define, implement and monitor marketing activity (launches, renovations, repositioning of products, media, competitor analyses, field activities…)
•Define, implement and monitor distribution strategy; build strong relationships with the trade
•Build the Group’s internal and external image and reputation in the BU, through strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and key influencers
